Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time — for example, that you have already chosen your cookie settings. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and similar identifiers. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these unless we say otherwise.

We use cookies only to the extent needed to run a fast, safe, and useful site, and — with your consent — to understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries. We do not display third-party advertising on this site, we do not build advertising profiles for sale, and we do not sell personal data. We do use measurement tags from Google and Meta so we can attribute an enquiry back to the campaign that produced it; these are off until you opt in.

• Essential. Required for the site to function: security, load balancing, and remembering your consent choice. These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences. Remember choices you make on the site (such as your cookie settings) so you are not asked again on the same device.
• Analytics (cookieless, always on). We use Plausible for aggregate traffic statistics. It sets no cookies, reads nothing from your device, and stores no personal data, so it runs for every visitor under our legitimate interest in knowing which pages work. There is nothing stored on your device to switch off.
• Analytics (cookie-based, consent). Google Analytics 4 for detailed journeys and conversion measurement. Under Google Consent Mode v2 the Google tag loads for all visitors, but until you consent it writes no cookies and sends only cookieless pings, which Google uses to estimate aggregate conversions. Cookie storage begins only if you opt in.
• Marketing. Campaign and conversion measurement, so we can tell which ad or campaign led to an enquiry. This uses the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies readable by those providers and can be used by them for ad measurement and audience building. These load only after you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Our approach depends on where you are, because the law does.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland. Nothing beyond essential and cookieless measurement runs until you opt in. On your first visit a banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or Manage preferences by category.

Everywhere else (including the United States, India, Australia, and the Middle East). Analytics and marketing measurement start when you arrive, and we show a notice telling you so. You can switch either category off at any time — that opt-out applies from the moment you save it.

Either way your choice is stored on your device and can be changed whenever you like. To review or change it, open Cookie settings in the footer, or clear this site's cookies in your browser to see the banner again.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because the exact steps differ by browser and device, the most reliable path is to search your browser's help pages for "manage cookies." Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

We keep third-party cookies to a minimum and name the ones we use. Analytics: Plausible (cookieless, aggregate) and, where enabled, Google Analytics 4. Marketing: Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel. Google and Meta act as independent controllers for parts of this processing under their own terms, and may use the data for ad measurement — which is why these sit behind separate opt-in consent. We apply Google Consent Mode v2, so advertising storage stays denied until you allow the marketing category. We do not permit third parties to run their own display advertising on this site.

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date below, and — where required — we will request consent again for any new non-essential category.
